Is the aGent V1 and V3 Mac compatible?

The aGent V3 is Mac compatible.  The aGent V1 is not Mac compatible.

Is the aGent V1 and V3 Vista compatible?

The aGent V3 is Vista compatible.  The aGent V1 is not Vista compatible.  At this point no Vista driver is available for the aGent V1

Do the aGent V1 and V3 have notebook clips?

Yes both model aGents include a desktop stand and notebook clip so you can take it where ever you go.

Do both the aGent V1 and v3 have inbuilt mics?

The aGent v3 has an inbuilt mic and clip on mic and the aGent V1 has a separate clip on mic. 

I cant get my v3 aGent to work on iChat

The V3 is plug and play with iChat AV on OS 10.4.9 or later. For previous versions of iChat a 3rd party software program can be used for compatibility  Please click here to download it.

How much is shipping to my country?

All items are shipped from Australia.  Shipping to Australia is a flat rate of $9.95 and will be shipped via eParcel courier.  You can track the shipment at www.eparcel.com.au

All overseas shipments are sent via airmail insured for a flat rate of $23.95 to anywhere in the world.

How long will it take to ship my product?

Once your payment has cleared we will process your item within 2 working days.  It usually then takes 2-5 days for post within Australia, and 5-10 working days for overseas shipments.

Is the software compatible for both Mac and PC?

There is software for both PC and MAC with the V3 webcam.  However the PC software on the disc is not Mac compatible and vice versa. With the aGent v3, both PC and Mac drivers are included.  The Mac and PC drivers include software for recording video, adjusting picture levels and taking snapshots.

Is the Agent V3 compatible with Photobooth.  

The V3 is compatible with Photobooth.

What is the webcam shell  made of?

The webcam has a polished steel shell with the form injected plastic clear stand as well as 2 extra clips (notebook clip and LCD screen clip).

What is the warranty period?

There is a 12month warranty from the date of purchase.  Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase. The warranty covers DOA and material defects.  The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, driver incompatibility, and misuse of the product.
