How long will it take to ship my product?

Once your payment has cleared we will process your item within 2 working days.  It usually then takes 2-5 days for post within Australia, and 5-10 working days for overseas shipments.

Is the software compatible for both Apple Mac and PC?

There is software for both PC and MAC with the V5 webcam.  However the PC software on the disc is not Mac compatible and vice versa. With the aGent V5, both PC and Mac drivers are included.  The Mac and PC drivers include software for recording video, adjusting picture levels and taking snapshots.

What is the difference between the Agent V4 and Agent V5?

The V5 contains an upgraded sensor, upgraded internal microphone and internal components. This produces the best audio and picture quality yet! that have enhanced picture quality. The V5 also contains new accessories.

What is the webcam shell made of?

The webcam has a polished steel shell with the form injected plastic clear stand as well as 2 extra clips (notebook clip and LCD screen clip).

Does the V5 work with my Mac Mini?

Absolutely! Providing that it has the sufficient system requirements, as listed on here.

What is the warranty period?

There is a 2 year warranty from the date of purchase.  Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase. The warranty covers DOA and material defects.  The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, driver incompatibility, and misuse of the product.

How do I make a warranty claim?

 Is the Agent V5 compatible with Apple Photobooth?

If your Mac has a built-in camera already, Photobooth will default to that camera. As there is no way to change settings in Photo Booth this initially makes it difficult to use with external cameras. One way of using the aGent webcam with Photobooth is to first open WebCam Monitor and pick the Mac's internal iSight camera in Video Settings. This will start a video window in WebCam Monitor for your built-in camera and prevent Photo Booth being able to use the same device. When you start up Photo Booth it will automatically select the aGent webcam and work as expected.

What is aMCap?

aMCap is the driver installed with the V5 on Windows.. You may use it to record video and use a whole range of special effects. AMCap is not required to use with the V5. It may be uninstalled or deleted without affecting the operation of the V5. To remove the software from your system:

• 1. Delete the AMCap shortcut from your desktop
• 2. Go to your Windows install drive (the C: drive by default) and delete the program called amcap.exe in the Windows folder

What is Webcam monitor?

WebCam Monitor is the driver intstalled on Macs, instead of AMCap. You can use it to record videos using the V5.
